Hi Randi - looks like you're about a week ahead of us in the NEK. I've not juiced black currants, but we really like black currant vinegar, and it's really easy.
Hay! Good idea, goodidea. I shall give the vinegar a try, sounds delicious. And, yes, I suppose I ought to count my blessings down here but sheesh, compared to EVERYONE else we really creep along,don't we?

I will be very interested to see how tomatillos do in your area. Once they get going they do pretty well, but do need a fair bit of sunshine.
